More Than Just Numbers - Noticing My Life is Dictated by the Stockmarket and the Scale

For those of you who invest in the stock market you would have noticed it has gone DOWN.... in the meantime I stepped on the scale and my weight has gone up... thought of the day: wow my life and worth is heavily dictated by numbers today.
